Timer is running since last night

Some kind of timer is running since last night and can not turn it off

Try pressing left button, maybe a few times.  That's the first step to get out of most anything.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Well, I had done that numerous times and could only ever get it to pause, my husband tried as well with same results. But after 12 1/2 hrs I just did it again after reading you reply and it finally finished. ??
