I just received a Fitbit Inspire HR as a gift...it is finally setup properly, but it seems to turn off quite quickly (1-2 seconds)...and sometimes when I am swiping the screen goes black. Sometimes the double tap does not turn the screen on and I need to press the side button.
Did I do something wrong in setup? I did take it for a swim today when I first noticed it.

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Inspire HR that turns off very fast and the screen that doesn't turn on with the Screen Wake feature on.
If the device is set up in your account, it would not be any problem related to the set up process. Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you're still experiencing these behaviors and let me know if you've also tried the restart procedure described here.
Keep in mind the screen should stay on for around 3 seconds before turning off again.

Thank you. Sometimes when I am scrolling, the device just turns off...I have reset it, but the problem persists. It is more annoying than anything else...so I can make do.
