I used a zip for years with no problems, synching etc was easy. Now as they are no longer available I have just bought an Inspire. So far I'm not impressed. Why is it not ready to use? I have a grey line across the screen, the battery was more or less empty. The charging cable has no plug. Luckily I can use one I already had otherwise this would have been an additional cost.. The clip is also an extra cost. I am now waiting 30 minutes for an update. I only wanted something to count steps. Inspire is not living up to it's name. So far I'm not inspired more irritated.

Just an update. Once the update was finished my Inspire is working okay. For an oldie like me it would have been nice to have this information with the set up instructions.
