I've noticed that my steps have not be recorded from approx yesterday lunchtime,
I've gone into devices and can see that it states an update is available and can see that a Sync is trying to happen but no joy.
I've had an email giving my weekly progress on Monday but no mention of an update.
If I need to update how do I do this?

If you see a banner on the Fitbit app, it means that the firmware update is ready for you.
