I got an Inspire 2 on Wednesday to track my heart rate (I might have POTS and want to treat the symptoms holistically because diagnosis takes forever), and for the past few days it's been awesome! I switched the band to one from Amazon before putting it on for the first time, and nothing went wrong.
But today, I decided to change the band again so I could clean the one I'd been using... and now suddenly it's decided it doesn't like that? I've tried 3 different bands, including the one it came with and just putting back the one I've been using the past few days. Maybe I'll get it snapped in, but it'll snap out and fall off on one side within 20 minutes to an hour.
I've googled this, and it seems like it's happened to other people but I couldn't find a solution. Has anyone here found a way around it?

Hi, @kunin this usually happens because the pin on the band hasn’t properly seated itself in the tiny holes. That’s usually because the tiny spring inside the pin isn’t working properly or because the little holes that the pin sits in are clogged with dust or dirt. I would recommend cleaning the holes on the Fitbit and checking (or changing) the pins on the band. Whenever you put on a new band be sure to give it a tug before putting it back on your wrist. If it comes off with a firm tug then it isn’t seated properly and you could be in danger of losing your Fitbit.
