Unable to get GPS working

OK...I sync my Inspire HR on my phone after I start my run.  I confirm that it is synced and the run has started.  When I complete the run, I stop the exercise.  When I check the app or the website, no GPS track appears.  I have looked through a few of the topics here, but I did not see any that were the same.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I’m having the same issues as well. It has worked fine in the past but is not working now. I have a Fitbit Aspire. I’ve checked all the location settings on the phone for the app and permissions are on. Please help.
