Unable to set up Inspire

Hello, I have tried setting up my Inspire on my phone, tablet, and Mac computer, and no device can "see" my Inspire. Bluetooth is turned on for all devices, devices are all updated, app is downloaded for all devices, but will not sync with Inspire.  I have been able to get it to track my daily steps, calories, heartbeat, but the time is incorrect and I assume it would be if it were able to sync. Any help would be appreciated!

@mommaross Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

If your Inspire hasn't been set up to your account, this might be the reason why it's not showing your data on your Fitbit app and therefore not showing the correct timezone. 

 

I would like you to confirm you've tried this procedure to set up your Inspire. If you have tried it but it's still not syncing, please try the procedure mentioned in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

 

If your tracker has been paired to your account but not syncing, try this troubleshooting.
