When will I be able to connect my Fitbit inspire H2 to my moto G6plus. When will the Fitbit inspire update be functional?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Thank you for getting back to me. I followed all of the advice you sent, but with no luck. Unfortunately my devices are not compatible with the Fitbit inspire HR. I understand that you are making efforts to increase the number of devices that it is compatible with. I have returned the Fitbit tracker and got a refund. Perhaps when it is compatible with the Moto e6, I will be able to repurchase one. Thank you for getting back to me so promptly. I appreciate it
