My Inspire won't connect to the bluetooth on my Windows desktop PC. It shows up as discoverable in bluetooth devices but when I try to connect in the Fitbit App it says "An Issue occured while pairing your tracker".
I connected the Inspire to a phone to start it up and update it but it's not connected to a phone anymore. I re-installed the Fitbit App on my PC, I reset the Inspire, I turned bluetooth off and on, restarted my PC, and disconnected any other bluetooth devices that were connected to my PC. Nothing seems to be working.
Would it help to buy a bluetooth dongle in addition to my already bluetooth enabled PC?

Hi @ZachCB, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Thanks for the reply. I've been trying to go to http://www.fitbit.com/setup as it says to do in the help article but I'm getting a 404 error.
