Inspire HR touchscreen not working

My Inspire HR has stopped scrolling. I've tried the "restart" option, which has not worked. I've also tried syncing the device.

 

Any other suggestions?

Tried cleaning the back of the device and the pins on the charger. It worked! Reset and now scrolling.
