I keep getting “found it connecting to tracker”
I have factory reset deleted accounts started again many times am so frustrated and if anyone has fitbits contact details in Australia that would be helpful as they need to get this fixed or replaced it’s brand new

Have you removed the Inspire HR from your phones bluetooth.
I'm unaware of a factory reset procedure for the Inspire line, but this would be the last thing a user will want to do.
Has this Inspire HR ever been setup to a Fitbit account? If so why was it removed? And what model phone are you asking for help with?
As for deleting an account, this has to be requested and it will take at least a week before the account is deleted.
Are you setting up the tracker for the first time?
