My inspire HR is not syncing to my android app or Ipad.
I am having to reload it as new device but only then syncing for 24-48 hours.
I have tried all the trouble shooting such as restarting phone, Bluetooth and fitbit but still having to do it as new device but when I go to do this it does say a device is registered and do I want to replace which I have been having to do any suggestions please

Probably should have said I have had this fitbit for approx 12 months without issue only been an issue in past week

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile devices that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
