Unable to sync Inspire HR

I have been using the Inspire HR for awhile. Recently I was away from home and forgot my charger. When I arrived home, I immediately charged my fitbit, but see that it will not sync with my Samsung phone. I turned Bluetooth off and on on my phone, made sure the fitbit is within range, made sure settings are correct on my phone and fitbit, etc.  I even removed the app from my phone (loosing all my data), and tried to reinstall. It says it needs to be charged (it has 89% battery).

 

Please tell me how to correct this without spending several more hours trying to figure it out myself. I am very frustrated at the moment and am ready to give up on fitbit (after using tour product for many years).

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
