My Fitbit Inspire HR always shows 'Failed to sync' but appears to be syncing - it has done this for a while. However, the problem I have now is that it will not do the firmware update. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
