Hi, I'm getting really frustrated with my Inspire. For the past three weeks I have been unable to sync my Inspire. I only have it set up to sync on my phone and there is n other device it is trying to sync to. I have done the following;
1. Made sure that my location is on and my phone is connected to data (it won't sync if connected to the wifi)
2. Turned my bluetooth on and off
3. Force stopped my Fitbit app on my phone
4. Ensured my phone is up to date
5. Ensured my fitbit is up to date
6. Restarted my fitbit
7. Restarted my phone
8. Uninstalled and reinstalled my fitbit app (since uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app, it won't even pair to the device anymore).
I have done all this and it is still not working. I've reached the end of the online instructions and it still won't sync. Does anyone know what might help. Than you.

Same happening here. inspire 2 not syncing. Have app installed only on one device. App keeps saying “looking” have restarted, nothing, restarted iPad, turned Bluetooth off and back on. Restarted iPad, still nothing

Same issue! Sad that fitbit offers no help. Have done everything you have done to no avail. Tried to sign in to chat and was denied!

Same problem! Its not syncing at all. The time shows some 8 hours behind!
