It's Fitbit's App and homesite that's the problem...I'm guessing they periodically do maintenance updates and they delay the sync feature or there is a problem with their server site...very frustrating....
btw..I use Android system so it's not IOS related...

I understand there is a server issue going on right now. I'd like to start an email list of everyone Fitbit can email when it is back up and working.
Add a note if you want Fitbit to let you know when it's working.

thumbs up to you in regards to finding out and informing us all that there's a server issue as i think I'm in same boat as 9/10 members that so far from titbit staff, the extent of the advice is to uninstall and reinstall the app as you wo t loose data... but you will loose any challenges you are hosting and everyone participating losses to which to be fair is annoying but something not alo e worth the effort to complain about.
I'm assuming you don't work for fitbit, and on that assumption it is very kind and appreciated of you that off your own back your willing to get a list of all those effected to notify of updates, that will be a great peace of mind for us all im sure, but what's f**k*d me off the most is that this is a service that we pay for, not to mention not actually getting our monies worth on a good day, but to have to find out issues from other members is making me wonder why I'm paying for a premium subscription and getting I assume ironically a higher rhr from stress...but then again I wouldn't know because I can't even sync my f**k**g device... whilst on a complaining spree, wtf is the continuous flashing led light about, to be able to shut down the device, turn led off and turn offBluetooth is three simple overlooked things but I can't even find how to unwubscrib3!!!!

I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it says my email address is aligned with another account. Well, no duh!! It’s mine, the only one I have. If I uninstalled my account, shouldn’t it have also cleared my email?

I returned the fit bit inspired and got myself a good bit versa special edition and that worked for me.

My Inspire HR will not sync with the app. I have removed the device, Removed it from Bluetooth list shut down the iPhone XR and restarted everything back up. Still does not sync.
the app is not sowing anything for the last two days.
Any suggestions from tech support?

Mine finally started syncing again. I think the app finally got it straightened out??

Is the surver the issue. As to why my HR inspire will not synchronize .. I use Android phone.

My sync function stays at 84%. Never finishes entire sync
