I have an older Android version and don't plan on getting a new phone. Why can't products continue to work when you update your app? Remember, everyone cannot afford a new phone just because companies update their features.

I cannot download the app (old version phone), so how do I sync using the desktop computer?

Hi @bulldogma if your phone is too old, there is no other way to get it to work with the Fitbit. The newer products require setting up on mobile devices. As for the computer, you'd need to have a system that would be compatible. Click to learn more about setting up, which might explain things better.
