Hi

On checking there is a device authorised for my Inspire 2 that I do not recognise and it will not let me unauthorise it.

Please advise, I have taken a screenshot but have no idea how to put it up here.

Thanks

Hello again @Loobyl00

Try logging out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone and log back into the Fitbit App and try it again. Hopefully that will work. You can also try going through the dashboard here on the Fitbit online account. Just tap the word Dashboard at the top of the screen. Now look to the right of your screen and you will see a small gear icon. Tap that gear icon and select setting in the drop down menu. Now look to the left of your screen for “manage account access” and tap that. Here look for the devices in question and tap the small down button that appears to the right of each device in the list to expand it open. Once it’s expanded tap Revoke Access.

😃 I’ll be around so please let me know how it goes.

Hello @Loobyl00

I’m hoping I can help. Open your  Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture then scroll down to and tap account settings then tap authorized devices. Tap on each unknown device and then tap Revoke access.

This should prevent the device in question to connect to your account. For more tips on how to keep your Fitbit Account Secure look here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1758.htm?Highlight=secure

😃I hope this gives you the answer you were seeking. Please come back and let me know if this did indeed remove the device in question.

** In the future if you need to provide a screenshot just tap the small image icon in the posting box that appears in the upper portion of the box. 😉
