My Fitbit Inspire HR will no longer respond to any touch on the screen. I have reset it about 6 times, and cleaned the screen. It displays the time if I hit the side button, but will not let me swipe to change the screen. It won't let me tap to check steps ext. It is completely unresponsive. I haven't even had it 5 months yet. Anyone have any advise? Or suggestions on what the issue could be?
