My daughter’s Inspire 2 stopped working.
Originally it stopped responding to screen swipes, did soft reset by holding sides on watch, smiling face appeared showing it had reset, but now nothing on display. Tried reconnecting to app on phone, it says device found and enter 4 digits displayed, but Fitbit display still blank so unable to enter digits. Green light sensor on back of Fitbit still flashing and sides of Fitbit still vibrate when touched, but nothing still on Fitbit display and device seems unusable.
My autistic daughter has also now unhelpfully deleted the App as she is upset not working. So I can’t even try anything via the app now.
Can you please help? 🙂

Anyone got any advice?
I can see others with similar problems but can’t see any information on how to solve.
I also tried fitbit support, but no reply

Would you believe it, now all sorted.
Placed back on charge. Tried a reset one more time. Released the sides as soon as smiling face appeared, remained connected to power and normal screen reappeared. Set up as new device and was then able to read new 4 digit code, and now all sorted.
Hope this helps someone 🙂
