It seems that the Fitbit app on iOS is able to handle a Ionic and an Alta HR without having to switch. But not so for a Ionic and an Inspire.

Is there a compatibility matrix that shows which trackers can work "together" and which ones don't?

The difference is that the Inspire, Inspire HR, Charge 3 and the Ionic and two Versas all use the new operationg system, and at the moment at least, you cant have more than one of them on an account. I really hope it will change, but have no knowledge that it will.

You can not have two smart watches on the same account

Alta is not a smart watch so that's why it works

What's the definition of "smart" watch. Besides extra app notifications and being waterproof, I don't see how Inspire is different from Alta...

Thank you.
I feel so much better since I gave up hope... it seems a big step backward. 😞
