I am trying to figure out how to get my warranty on the product as I was very happy, but all of a sudden my heart rate function is not working anymore. It is not detecting a heart rate. I tried all the help solutions available but it is not working. 

 
Also I have been reading your return policy and as I am a citizen from the Netherlands and the product was sold in the EU, I think I am entitled to warranty on my Fitbit as I bought it 30 Nov 2020.
 
Please provide me with instructions on what to do as it is totally not clear from the website.
