Water Lock comes up when I turn on, and sometimes I cab ‘t leave the page and move on.   I don’t need nor want Water Lock on my Fitbit.   It’s a real problem. Help me get rid of the Water Lock completely.

Hi Ron1934,

I've been in the same boat as you.

Trick is you need to tap the center of the screen 2x (less like sending morse code but more like a door knock).

After digging though it looks like they've baked the water lock right into the core of the FitBit Operating System.

You can verify it for yourself by going on your FitBit App under "Account->Inspire 2->Gallery->Apps".

Speaking for myself it looks like the "Find with Tile" application is the only optional one we can choose to have available.

Best of luck and take care,

This will be my last FitBit. They have changed something and apparently it can’t be changed back. I have had a real history with Fitbit, but this is the end.

This will be my last FitBit. My wife has a FitBit too. Up until this model all was well and this has ruined it for us. Never again due to no help from FitBit.

I will no longer be using Fitbit. Will purchase some other brand, never to support Fitbit again.
