Hi @RayOverIt  first time you posted, so it's hard to know what the issue is. Water Lock is your topic, so what is it you don't like? It's hard to know what's going on when you don't say much about it. As for contact information, as with any company, Fitbit has their chain of command, so to speak. You start with the forums, then customer service, if needed. There is a Features Suggestion forum where members state what they would like to have happen with their Fitbits. Anyway, it would help to know more about what you want or don't want, but it seems you want the Feature Suggestions forum area more than the Inspire 2 area.

If you don't know the issue with the water lock then you're not reading
complaints.

@RayOverIt  it's true I'm not reading all the posts and I don't know everything going on with these devices. I'm a member of the forums, not an employee of the company.

I finally gave up waiting for Fitbit to do anything. I bought an itouch wearable and love it.  Not quite as sophisticated as the Fitbit is supposed to be.  But then again all the features on the itouch work! Check them out.
