My weekly stats are incorrect and saying I did about 30k less steps last week than the week before when I actually did far more. My Inspire is set to sync every day so don’t know what the problem is but I find this very demotivating when I look forward to seeing the total steps I’ve done and how many calories burned.

Hi @PumpkinPants! We are very pleased that you have joined our family!
This is very odd! When you're talking about weekly stats. Are you referring to your Weekly report? This usually is sent to you via email. Now, about the other two weeks you mentioned; where are you checking this information? Is it in your Fitbit app or in the Fitbit.com Dashboard. I'd like to check that information so I can have an idea of what you're getting! If you can include screenshots it'd be great!
I'll be around!

Did this get resolved? I am having the same issue.
On my dashboard right now it shows 10,000k+ step counts logged daily, but in the weekly section it has no record of activity for those dates. Both desktop and in the app on my iphone. Daily counts are there, but exercise for the week shows less days.

Hi
No it didn’t get resolved, it’s absolute rubbish. I have to constantly sync my phone manually with my Fitbit otherwise it doesn’t even update the daily count and shows zero. The weekly report I get from Fitbit is always incorrect, stating things like I have completed 35km LESS than last week which is nonsense and quite honestly disheartening and demotivating! Thinking of getting an Apple Watch instead!
Kind Regards
