My inspire comes on but When I try to scroll through the stats to see my steps and my daily goal and my hourly goal it keeps going black. Therefore I’m constantly having to restart it over again to get back to the place I was there. I can only get through two frames before I have to keep swiping over again. The swiping just isn’t working. The button only gets me to the battery and hour glass, timer etc. If anyone can give me any suggestions I would really appreciate it. I need to figure out how I can swipe through every one of the tiles before it keeps going black so I don’t have to start over again.

This just started happening to my HR a half hour ago. I noticed it when I went to put it on after charging it while I showered It wasn’t detecting my heart beat, so I tried to scroll through and it kept blacking out on me. It still does not detect my heart beat no matter how or where (sensor facing outside/inside wrist) I place it. A restart did not help.
The saddest part is that it isn’t even a week old yet and this isn’t the first issue. After 2 nights of recording detailed sleep pattern (1st & 2nd night after receiving it), it switched to the simplified on it’s own. I think this happened after it failed to record a nap on the 3rd day, so I manually started the next nap through the app and allowed it to work automatically that night. But, it didn’t and It hasn’t recorded any detailed sleep pattern since the 2nd night. It also does not record all of my naps even the ones that last 2-3 hours.
I’ve been reading through the forum and it appears the Inspire and Inspire HR are riddled with glitches. Dear FitBit, What is being done to address these issues once and for all? FYI Mods... sleep setting is already set to sensitive and I’ve restarted many times to no avail.

I was using a Fitbit Zip for 9 years and this year my second zip finally went out on me and found out they don't make them anymore. I just needed something simple like the zip but forced to get the Inspire because it has a clip. Mine is less than a month old also. The more info a product has, the more things can go wrong with it. Just frustrating at times. Hope you can get someone to help you as well.
