I have turned it on and off, I checked for updates, now what? It worked great for 4 months and all of a sudden it stopped syncing on Sunday. What else can I do?

Best AnswerThat phone should work well. Go through the Help Article I linked above step by step. There should be something there thatbworks for you. The first time I had syncing problems I found removing all other bluetooth devices from range of the tracker and phone worked, so even if it sounds unlikely, give them all a try.
