I am having trouble with my inspire hr. It will not come on. I charge it and it does not vibrate or show a smiley. It randomly came on for about 30 minutes today then went back off and I can not get any sign of life again. I have held the button on the charger and off the charger. I have tried to update it as my app said there was an update available, but it will not do anything. It was not dropped or put into water. It was fine when I went to bed but now nothing

I'm having the same problem except mine has a line and it does nothing!!!
