Windows 10 App - Clock problems

Hi - In the Win10 App, when "clock" is selected there are two choices -  (my) "Inspire HR" and "All Clocks" - both have further selection options, but if these further options are selected, the progress wheel runs forever with no further response. Can anyone advise please?

@Rimsdale Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with changing your clock face on your Inspire HR. You should select the options for the Inspire HR only as the other ones are for smartwatches. Regarding why you can't change them try deleting the tracker from your bluetooth settings after this restart your computer and tracker by following these instructions. Finally try using a phone to change the clock face as the link may be stronger from a mobile phone and you can take them to an isolated area to avoid other bluetooth devices from interfering.
