Won’t Sync

Just bought my husband a brand new Inspire and we can’t get it to sync.

Hi @Kindahatethis  That phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Yes all our devices are on the list. We tried completely shutting down the device, we tried deleting the app and reloading it, and because the Fitbit is brand new out of the package, restarting it is dumb. Unless there is something I’m missing, it looks like we go a faulty product. Very sad. This was a gift for my husband.
