Won't sync after android update 1st April 2020

I've seen a few posts about problems linked to android software updates but some are quite dated and I'm confused.  I'm not super-tech friendly and just want to get my Inspire working again..... 

I've disconnected and reconnected bluetooth as seen in advice - didn't work.  Restarted phone - again as seen elsewhere - didn't work.  I'm using a Samsung S9 and have had my fitbit since June 2019.  Other updates haven't affected it.

I am having the same problem after restarting my phone and FitBit_Problem since 06.04.2020

I have the Samsung S7 and Charge 2

I Have same problem to.My Fitbit Charge 2 wont sync since April 1st, 2020.
I try sync with my iphone 8 plus and Samsung S7 Edge, not work at all. I think the bluetooth connection have a problem, at iphone not detect the device for bluetooth pairing. At Samsung "Sync Now" only buzy icon but not work.
