What I have had to do is to turn off bluetooth, restart my computer, turn bluetooth back on, and then install as a new device-- that works. I have been on the phone with customer service 3 times and done one help online, and this is the best we have come up with ( loading to my Windows 10 computer). Done this for the last 6 months and fortunately still works for me.
