Won’t sync

After 13.4 .1 update on 5-10-2020, my inspire won’t sync.

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thank you, I "forget" my fitbit in utilities on IPhone and rebooted my
IPhone and it started syncing again.

What I have had to do is to turn off bluetooth, restart my computer, turn bluetooth back on, and then install as a new device-- that works.  I have been on the phone with customer service 3 times and done one help online, and this is the best we have come up with ( loading to my Windows 10 computer).  Done this for the last 6 months and fortunately still works for me.
