My Inspire HR is sending weird notifications to my iPhone and IPad.  For example saying I am 13,000 over my step goal. Now it would be lovely but so annoying. I restarted my Inspire but hasn’t made any difference.
Any suggestions please on how to correct this without starting to delete the app on both devices?

Hello @CarlyKooKoo

I’d try logging out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone then log back into the Fitbit App to see if that helps.

On another note you said “Any suggestions please on how to correct this without starting to delete the app on both devices?” Do you have your Inspire HR connected to Bluetooth on 2 different devices? I ask because “both” implies more then one. If so I wonder if there’s a conflict of some kind.

😉 Hopefully logging out of the Fitbit app and restarting helps. Please let me know.

It has always been connected to both my IPhone and IPad but both are turned off at night and never had a problem.

I have also noticed that the app is not showing the full information as it was so I am going to delete the apps and reinstall and hope that my phone and iPad remember the passwords as I certainly don’t.
