Welcome to the forums!
I would set this up as one of the seven shortcuts you can have on your device. Its under settings. Yoga is pretty low key and it will never recognize it
You can have up to 7 exercise shortcuts. On your dashboard click on the gear and choose settings. Look for exercise shortcuts. Change to what you want. Make one of these Yoga.
Device will need to sync before it takes place.
Then when doing scroll to the exercise tab and select yoga. Push in the button to start and when done push it in again to stop
Manual is here and will explain it

@Ceejaytee Your tag says you are using the Inspire (not the Inspire HR). The advice given by @WendyB will not help you. The Inspire does not have the Exercise app that is on the Inspire HR.
If you have the Inspire, you will need to log your yoga classes manually. From the app dashboard, tap on the Exercise tile > tap on the stopwatch > set it to log > enter yoga then put in your start and stop times. You estimate your calorie burn. The only option is generic "yoga" and it does not give variations.
If you have the Inspire HR, then you can put it on the Exercise Shortcuts on the Exercise app. The Inspire HR uses your heart rate in its exercise algorithms to estimate calorie burn.
Active minutes are intensity related and you must do ten consecutive minutes before they start to count. The effort and intensity can change in yoga classes. Even with a heart rate based tracker, you might not get 74 active minutes in a 74 minute class.
