I recently bought the inspire HR Fitbit. I was trying to figure out a way to do a run/walk in Zone 2 cardio. This would technically be a different zone than Fitbit’s basic guidelines for heart rate. Zone 2 would be 60-70% of max heart rate. Is there an app or something for iPhone where it live tracks the heart rate given on my Fitbit where if I drop into the zone 1 i am told to speed up and if I get into zone 3 I am told to slow down. So I won’t have to constantly be looking at my Fitbit while running to see my heart rate. I tried connecting my Fitbit app to Nike and under armor running apps but it doesn’t live track the zone I’m in on those apps. Is there an app or a feature I should be looking for?

It would be nice to get some type of alarm or notification in my earbuds to speed up or slow down. Something to ensure I’m in the right zone the entire workout without looking at my Fitbit.
