Dear all,

My 2 days old fitbit is flashing green like from the battery side...and it wont stop. Can anyone please help? tqvm

Hello @nori2020 and a warm welcome.  I believe the green light you are seeing is the green LED that is used for the heart rate monitor.  When you take your Inspire HR off, that light should turn off.  If it doesn't turn off, it might be picking up reflected green light off a surface.  When you take your Inspire HR off, try making sure that it's not close enough to anything to get reflected light, even its own band.  Then the light should turn off.
