Run, bike, swim, treadmill, pilates, pilates. Those are the exercises I'm able to log. Pilates twice and no weight lifting...the one I actually need right now. I tried to reset it by plugging the charger into USB and holding the button but it still comes back with pilates twice.
Very frustrating when I can't log my workouts.

Hi, @MMWhiskey , I am not sure why you have pilates twice... That really shouldn’t happen... and I am not able to recreate this on my Inspire HR.
However, you should be able to add in weights. You will need to do this via your app and then sync your Inspire.
On your app click on the Inspire / Inspire HR icon and on the next screen choose “Exercise shortcuts”. Depending on whether you are using iOS , Android or Windows it works slightly differently, but basically you are allowed 6 shortcuts, and if you already have 6 you will need to select “edit” and then delete one of the shortcuts. Presumably the extra Pilates!
Once deleted you should then have a + button to add in the shortcut you want. You fhen choose from a drop down list of available shortcuts.
Once you have added “weights” you will need to sync your Fitbit before it will be available to select on your tracker.
Hopefully this should be clear, but if you need more detailed instructions please let us know which phone / tablet/ computer you use for the Fitbit app.
