Hi, I couldnt access fitbit app after updating the app in appstore.
It appears "oops, something went wrong. please try again"
I tried to restart my phone, delete and redownload the fitbit app, but it still doesnt work.
And my inspire hr's battery suddenly drained today.
For your advice please, thanks.

For the Inspire HR, did you contact Support and ask for a Battery Test? I do agree that there's something wrong with the battery, but without that test, it's hard to determine what's the best course of action. Be prepared to take pictures to send in for proof.
As far as the app goes, what model OS are you working with?
