fitbit app not working properly

i have the inspire HR and i was out a walk today and about 1km in to the walk it just decided to stop tracking me and i thought i just lost gps signal but now it won’t let me click on anything on the app at all. to start a walk, to sleep, to log water - anything! i’m scared to delete and reinstall the app unless i lose all the data on it already. i’ve had my fitbit less than a week and am already having a problem. can anyone help??? thanks!

Hi @robyn97 The data is saved on the Fitbit Servers, not in the App, so you wont lose any data. Go ahead and uninstall the app and then reinstall and log back in. I hope that fixes it.
