Hey guys! I am researching watches to buy and I watched the video for the inspire hr but I couldn't tell if it is waterproof or not. can you help? Thank you!

Companies tend to not use the term "waterproof" these days, preferring to specify a degree of water resistance. Fitbit say the Inspire is "Swimproof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters)" so for normal use can be considered waterproof.
