I Uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app
My software is up to date
Fitbit battery is not low
Firmware is up to date
-I Force quit the Fitbit app
-I went to: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on. Done several times
-If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your iPhone or iPad. Done several times

-If your Fitbit device won't sync after the restart, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet, or computer and try to sync. I have an iPad pro and an iPhone 11. It won’t sync on either device
-If your Fitbit device still doesn’t sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your iPhone or iPad and try to sync. I have no other devices
-Yesterday I deleted my Inspire HR from my account and then set it up on my phone again, and voila, it worked. Now today it no longer works. When I looked in my devices it said Mac OS 10.5.1 had synced. I do not own a Mac, so I deleted that device from the list. Shortly after is when I lost steps and sleep on my dashboard. I followed instructions to get them back but they don’t show up in the list. My Inspire HR still will not sync. I tried to set up a device again like it did yesterday. I put my Inspire HR on the charger and followed instructions. The device was found but when it tried to connect to the tracker, it just keeps looking with no connection. I spent all yesterday afternoon on this and 3 hours today. I don’t know what else to do..

I am having a similar problem. My fit bit will not sync with the app on my phone. I t has been syncing but stopped. I have restarted my phone; restarted my FitBit; deleted the FitBit app and reinstalled it; turned Bluetooth off and then back on; etc. None of the fixes that are suggested work. I have even installed the app on my computer and tried connecting to the computer app but that doesn't work either. I have spent hours trying to fix the problem and all I have is a wasted afternoon and lots of frustration.
