My fitbit for the last 2 weeks has sent incomplete step data-- my weekly total is ridiculously low. I have been  having a sync problem --usually I turn off Bluetooth  and  back on but it starts and doesn't always want to finish. I have had the watch almost 3 years--Also I cant get into recognize my treadmill time

Thank-you. Ièm 69 and not  tech savvy

Hello @Dory12

I see you have tried turning your Bluetooth off then on again to resolve your sync issue. Let’s try this: log out of the Fitbit app then turn off your phone completely for about 1-2 mins. Now turn your phone back on and sign back into your Fitbit App as you usually do with your username and password. Hopefully having a great restart will solve the problem. If that still doesn’t solve the issue I’d recommend restarting your Inspire 2. You will NOT lose any of your data by restarting your Inspire 2. To make the instructions easier to understand I included a YouTube video you can watch to see exactly how a restart of your inspire 2 here:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RPFct7kMFcw

😃 Please let me know if this does indeed answer your question and helps resolve the syncing issue.

Follow along as I show you how to restart Fitbit Inspire 2 two different ways. The first way is if your Inspire 2 is responding to taps and swipes; The second way is if your Inspire 2 isn't responding to taps and swipes. Note: Restarting or rebooting your Fitbit device should not erase any data ...
