inspire not syncing with the app

My inspire Fitbit is not syncing with the app. It is approx 3 months old and was fine to start with but in the last few weeks it happens daily.

 

ive deleted the app, turned blue tooth off and on, reset the Fitbit to no avail. Very frustrating.

 

just tried to connect to the help section on the app and it’s all in Chinese can’t see where to change this to Uk

Hi @Lulu0711 What phone are you yoy using? Is it on the Supported Devices List  ?

Often when things in the app appear in the incorrect language, it is due to a phone setting. Does your phone Settings app allow you to set a secondary language? If it does (I think iPhones do this) then set the secondary language to English and see if that fixes it.

It’s an iphone and I’ve checked the language it’s all set to English UK!

Not sure if a recent up date has caused the app not to sync. I will have to get in touch with support, thank you
