I cannot find an app for the Inspire HR in the App Store  I just got an Apple x

It's just the Fitbit app.  The same app works for all models.  If you mean "iPhone X", that should be compatible.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
