poor customer service

i bought the clip not knowing it wasnt compatible  with the inpsire hr contacted customer  service  they said to return with a tracking  number  and they wont cover even half of the fee. That was $17 on a $25 "clip. I spuld have sold on kijji. I  wont ever buy from  Fit Bit again and once my tracker  is dead will go elsewhere.  Such a joke . Poor customer  service  for sure.

Wish I knew that the clip doesn't work on Inspire HR before I purchased it.  I have to send back to get a refund but it asks when you buy what you have the clip shouldn't be an option, oh well

Hi @Sunnysal  when you bought the clip, didn't you read about it first? It's not poor customer service when you've purchased the wrong item.
