Fitbit died

Bought my Inspire HR earlier this year, a few days ago the touch screen stopped responding and now it is completely dead, full charge but won't turn on. Any solution or need a new one?

Hi @Rachel33c,

 

You will need to contact Support directly (link at the bottom of the page) for a replacement.  Assuming you got the 1 year warranty with it, this should be no issue.
