randomly unpairs

randomly unpairs cannot pair inspite of restart hr, restart app, restart phone. Keep being told the codes don't match

Hi @SunsetRunner  What phone are you using? When you say it unpairs, do you have to set it up again? Thats what it sound like from what I read, but I am not sure from what you say.

That’s exactly the problem. I finally deleted the app, reinstalled the app, deleted the HR from my account and then set up the HR from scratch. This is nothing new. I’ve complained about it before. I doubt I’ll upgrade to anything by Fitbit.
