Inspire stopped working

Hi, updated the firmware on my daughter's Inspire Fitbit yesterday and, after initially appearing ok, something is now seriously wrong. The device went black for no apparent reason and now no screen will appear. Have tried restarting, no good.

Windows 10 Fitbit 2.44.197 (64029) app behaves as though it is connected to the Fitbit - reports syncing with the Fitbit when I connect it. Firmware verion is 2001.63.5

My daughter is sad 😞

Any advice?

Hi @sbweb  As the restarts didnt help you will need to contact Customer Support
