How do I stop email notifications coming in on my device?

Hi, @laurah22 welcome to the community, from your "Today" screen in the Fitbit app on your phone>touch your icon in the top left corner>Inspire 2 tile>notifications>emails>turn the green slider in the top right off>return to your "Today" screen & sync by sliding your finger down the screen & releasing.
