Does anyone know how to see swim data?
OR how to change pool lengths?

Hello @MaggieDaven
To change the pool lengths just open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap app settings. Next tap units. Here you can change units on lengths, energy, temperature, swim, water and weight.
To see your details of your swim look under your history in the exercise tile on your Fitbit App. If you haven’t already activated your exercise tile you can do so by tapping the edit button on the upper right corner of the “Today” page of the Fitbit App. Once you tap edit scroll down and find the exercise tile and tap add. Once your done scroll back to the top of the screen and tap done.
More information about tracking your swim on the Fitbit device can be found here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2087.htm
😃 I hope this helps. Please let me know if this provided you the best answer to your question.

For complete swim stats, review your exercise history in the Fitbit app. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the exercise tile
your most recent swim.

Hello again @MaggieDaven
😃 Let’s get that exercise tile put on your Fitbit App
If you’re still have difficulty putting your exercise tile on the Fitbit App, let’s try another way.
Open your Fitbit App and tap Discover at the bottom of the screen. Now scroll down the page and tap Health & Fitness Stats. Now look for the Exercise tile and tap it. Now at the bottom of your screen tap Add To Today.
This should pop you back to the main Fitbit App page. Your exercise tile will now appear.
I’m adding this link to the entire Inspire 2 Manual: https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/manual_inspire_2_en_US.pdf. It will will certainly come in handy.
😃 Please let me know if you got the exercise tile added and if this answers your question.

So...I told you, step 1 did NOT work.
And neither does step 2.
Thanks for trying. I'll have to return it.

Hello again @MaggieDaven
Its the Fitbit App that’s the issue. Not your Inspire 2. Can you please look here to make sure your phone is a compatible device for the Fitbit App: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices
If you phone is compatible with the Fitbit app look to make sure you have the latest Fitbit App version installed on your phone. Update to the latest version of the App if needed. Then log out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone then long back into the Fitbit App and try the steps again.
Hopefully that helps. Let me know
